As an Expert Partner, you are invited to contribute your knowledge, insights, and experience across multiple initiatives within the Agile EDM platform. This is a flexible, long-term partnership where you choose how and when to participate, while helping shape meaningful content, events, and tools for engineering and EPC professionals worldwide.
This is not employment — it’s strategic collaboration. You are free to contribute where you bring the most value.
🔹 2. Key Activity Areas
You may be invited to participate in one or several of the following initiatives:
2.1 Agile Day:™ — Team-Based Training
Engage as a co-moderator, expert speaker, or contributor in live one-day training sessions for engineering and EPC teams. Your input will help translate agile principles into real decision-making practice.
2.2 EPC Management Guide — Agiled for Your Team
Contribute as a co-author, reviewer, or editorial advisor to our evolving guidebook designed to help EPC teams integrate agile logic into their project structures.
2.3 Project Execution Facilitation
Take part in case-based consulting or real-time advisory support during EPC project execution. Help bridge planning and real-world implementation.
2.4 Expert Publication Promotion
Collaborate in publishing selected articles under your name or jointly with the initiative. We also help amplify your voice across relevant expert platforms and thematic forums.
2.5 Organizational Committee for EPC Management UPDATES (Online Conference)
Join a forward-thinking group that is shaping a regular online conference on EPC and agile project management. You may contribute to the design of topics, moderation, or outreach.
🔹 3. Expected Contributions
We do not impose fixed duties. Your contributions may include:
- Participating in live sessions (as speaker, guest, or co-host)
- Reviewing or editing written materials
- Co-authoring articles or chapters
- Providing insight, feedback, and strategic input
- Helping design sessions, publications, or event topics
🔹 4. Format & Flexibility
- Remote participation
- Event-based or content-based collaboration
- Typically 1–2 activities per month (fully negotiable)
- No exclusivity required
